Skidemy Promise: Terms & Conditions

Job Guarantee

• Applies to students of Advanced Digital Marketing with AI.
• Eligibility: at least 85% attendance, all assignments and portfolio projects submitted on time, good conduct and active participation in class.
• At the end of the course, eligible students take a short final assessment (practical task, portfolio review, fundamentals test and mock interview). Pass mark: 70%, with one free retake within 30 days.
• After clearing it, Skidemy arranges interviews with hiring companies and personally recommends you, until you are placed or for up to 6 months, whichever is earlier.
• The final hiring decision, role, location and salary are decided by the employer. You must attend the interviews arranged; skipping arranged interviews or declining offers ends the guarantee.
• Not applicable if work is copied, eligibility criteria are not met or conduct rules are broken.

14-Day Refund

• Request a refund on WhatsApp or email within 14 days of your batch start date; the full amount paid is refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
• One refund per student. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable.

Real Client Internship

• In the final month, students work on a real business account from the trainer's client network under supervision.
• Client work is assigned with the business owner's permission and is subject to confidentiality.

Free Re-Learn Pass

• Valid for 12 months from your batch start date, for topics you missed or want to revise, subject to seat availability in the running batch.

Free Premium AI Tools

• Offered to students who attend classes consistently, complete assignments on time and learn with focus, as assessed by the trainer.
• Access is to premium AI tools selected by Skidemy, for 3 to 6 months; the tools and duration are decided by Skidemy and may change based on tool availability.
• Access is personal and non-transferable, and may be withdrawn if misused or if eligibility is no longer met.

10% Off on Full Payment

• A 10% discount on the course fee applies when the full fee is paid in one payment before the batch starts.
• Cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. Under the 14-Day Refund, the amount actually paid is refunded.

Easy EMI

• Fees can be paid in easy EMIs; the first instalment is paid in advance to reserve your seat and the schedule is agreed at enrolment.
• Accepted: UPI, credit/debit card, cash and bank transfer. There are no hidden charges.

Certificates

• Students who complete the course receive a Skidemy course completion certificate.
• We guide you to earn free industry certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4) and HubSpot; these are issued by the respective companies.

Classes

• All classes are currently live online with the trainer (not recorded). An offline classroom in Ratlam is planned; enrolled students will be informed before it opens.
• Maximum 10 students per batch.

Privacy

• Details you share (for example to download the brochure) are used only to contact you about Skidemy courses. We never sell your data. Ask us anytime to delete it: info@skidemy.in.
